Growing your vintage resale shop means regularly setting back-office and sales goals and tracking progress — take it from a 35-year selling veteran in this session for the Vintage Sellers Community
Do you want to increase sales? Grow your following? Turn your side hustle full time? No matter what your dream is for your shop, goal setting is one of the best ways to help you get there.
Carina Fato, founder of UnVaulted Vintage, led members of the Vintage Sellers Community through a sales-focused session on setting SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-sensitive) goals that will help you visualize, communicate and track your shop's growth.
Carina has been successfully selling vintage for over 35 years with UnVaulted Vintage and also owns a custom linen company, Dormito Linen Designs.
For the past 12 years she has been a business development consultant, and spent the early part of her career in development and networking for Grand & Toy.
A cheerleader for vintage sellers, Carina is heavily involved in mentorship and coaching for small businesses and values the opportunity to connect with members in both the Vintage Sellers Community and the wider vintage community.
In this session, she shares how she sets short-, medium- and long-term goals for her vintage business and the steps she takes to achieve them.

Thank you for this informative session, Carina! Particularly helpful to see some vintage-selling specific goals in action.
